The Server is Busy or Unavailable- how to resolve

The Server is Busy or Unavailable- very annoying how to get rid of it, mac osx 10.6.4

If you had Mobile Me, you need to go into the iCal preferences and turn off the Caldav or switch it to manual. The system is trying to access the Mobile Me site which no longer exists

Or open the MobileMe Pref Pane & remove your login & Password.

Where I can find the mobile me preference pane? I looked everywhere I don't think I have it anymore. I'm also getting the server busy error.
