    You need to contact the Mac App Store. this is a User to User forum and no one here can help you.

     

    But I doubt it. Read the terms and conditions of the Mac App Store.

    THE   mac book pro was purchase in month of july that too end of july i think it was  28th so i must get a free upgradable copy of mountain lion os  please help me something about this . ?

    The same happened to me. Call 1-800-MY-APPLE, ask for Sales Support. The guy will guide you thru all the steps how to file the claim online. Good luck
