Q: Ipod Touch 1st generation!

I can't get my apps from my Ipod touch to my computer. I keep getting a message that says my computer is not authorized to accept them. So i deauthorize my computer and reauthorize it and they still won't transfer and I get the same message! Is there a solution?

Also I added some more photos to my photo file and they will not transfer to my Ipod. My computer shows they are there but they don't show up on my Ipod. Again any help would be greatly appreciated.
