Cannot Log into Public Site Manager

Hi all,


I am the primary administrator to our iTunes U account. I can log in via the iTunes U store and see/change our iTunes U channel. However, I cannot log into our iTunes Public Site Manager. I am trying to set up our initial collections and would like to use the Public Sitel Manager.


I tried logging in through this portal.

Sorry you're still having an issue accessing PSM. I assume your Apple ID works correctly when accessing your iTunes account, etc. If so, is there someone else authorized to access PSM who could successfully log in to see if there's an issue with your info within the PSM "Users" section? Also, have you been able to access PSM in the past?
