I am trying to download iTunes 10.6.3 and have tried through the website, manually and as an administrator. None of these have worked and I am now no longer able to link my iphone to my iTunes account. HELP! What can I do?

Assuming you have windows, try uninstalling iTunes and all of its components as by following this guide exactly: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7, then reinstall iTunes. You must follow this guide exactly or it will not be successful. Note: uninstalling iTunes will only remove the application; it will not touch your iTunes library or data.
you have a 32 bit or 64 bit windows?
Did you try to get the iTunes from here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ ?
If not, what's the symptom of the iTunes download failure? What does it say or do?
I have no idea....really good at this!
Tried that it says about tool not working and to try manually through tools which I then do, have also tried from website and as an adminstrator through right clicking on iTunes
What about my phone data as backed upto iTunes on computer?

Right-click on Computer (My Computer) and select Properties, look under System. This will tell you if you have 32 or 64-bit. You have to install the correct version of iTunes, depending on which you have.

It will not be touched by uninstalling & reinstalling iTunes.
I have 64 should I just uninstall and then reinstall iTunes?
