My wife's phone syncing with my mac since got iCloud

Ever since we got ICloud last month, my wife's iphone is syncing with my mac and iphone intermittently - she actually gets my notes from notepad and calendar reminders, even when I don't get them! She has a different apple ID then me (unless somehow mine is buried in her phone). How do I stop iclould syncing to her phone???
