How do I chat live with an apple specialist

iTunes Support won't be able to tell you if it's been redeemed, nor (if it has been redeem) onto whose account (unless it's your account), due to privacy / legal reasons - they would only potentially tell, for example, the police if they went through the relevant process.

You can't, Apple doesn't do support chats. You will either need to call Apple Support or go to an Apple store and the genius bar.

Apple hasn't done support chats for some time. If you did do it it was a while ago.

How do I post an inquiry on this apple support message board? My inquiry is,,,,

I have a Macbook Pro an Iphone 4S and Mac Desktop. All but the desktop syn to Contacts. My desktop conatcs show NO Contacts from Icloud:-(
