How do I chat live with an apple specialist

whoops wrong thread came up. sorry.

I am having the same issue. I had been able to enter chat again previousy by following up with the same case #, however, now it just gives me the options for phone only.

I have found, however, that the sales chat personel try and be as helpful as possible.

I live in a country in which neither of these options exist. I've written my problem in the support forum, and got no answers. Can I at least mail them somehow?

Only certain topics have chat support though. All iOS issues and Mac computer issues primarily. Any iApps, Pro Apps or software problems not related to Mac OS X have to be handled by phone support. Hope that helps!

I think it only allows the option to chat online if you really require it because i myself have done it too
