MacBook pro stored for months, now won't charge

My MacBook pro was stored for more than five months without charge, now it won't turn on, even the battery charge indicator doesn't turn on nor the magsafe adapter, already tested the adapter/charger on another MacBook and it works well. What is the problem? What can be done?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Did you actually shut the system down before you put it into storage for that long? Or just leave it in sleep mode?

I suspect your battery has taken a hike...improper storage of Lithium batteries will kill them. Granted, I don't know how you stored yours, but I suspect yours is dead.
