Hi, a pop up messages tells me: 'iCloud - iPad is not backed up. This iPad hasn't been backed up. Backup happens when this iPAd is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi'. The screen is frozen, I cannot press ok or turn iPad off! What to do?

Hold down the On/Off/Sleep/Wake button on top for a 5 seconds. Hold it down while pressing the Home button until the iPad screen turns off. Restart your iPad and do the iCloud backup process again.
