VMWare Fusion Network Adapter

Hi,

My MBP Early 2011 with Mountain Lion, VMware Fusion and Windows7 in it.

I have no issue connecting my Safari to SharePoint in Office Network.

In my VMware, I use network adapter NAT. But when I use Internet Explorer within Windows7, the system prompt me for user id and password of Proxy Server.

This does not happens when I access SharePoint via Safari.

My understanding of VMware, the network settings from MacOSX inheritted to Windows7.

Does someone can elighten me why these two OS has different network behaviour?
