Password Protect an Encrypted Disk Image -- Problems

I created an encrypted disk image following the steps above. However, when I go to mount the disk image in Finder, it doesn't require a password, it just mounts. Is this because I'm signed in as the Administrator? I would like for it to ask for the password each time the disk image is accessed.
