iTunes in the Cloud, No music on the hard drive.
If I delete songs from my library on all my devices, but I do not delete it from the cloud, does it stay in the cloud?

Yes, any uploaded music will stay in the cloud. Note, however any purchased content that that is removed from the iTunes Store will not be available for download.
