reset open directory

I have Mountain Loin Server upgraded from Leopard Server. The open directory is messed up since the upgrade with Profile Manager not working and accounts not able to log in in some features. I want to wipe and reset my config but don't want to go through the 5 hours of downloading a fresh install. Then I want to restore an open Directory image I have from before the upgrade to Mountain Lion. Does anyone know how to do this?

Also secondly is there anyway to manage Radius clients in Mountain Lion?
