I have a new macbook pro and a Pegasus r4 ( both thunderbolt) and I want to connect to my network.
I am wondering how to connect the Pegasus r4 that is thunderbolt only to my router via a cable.
A computer with File Sharing turned on can act as Host for the pegasus r4. Then anyone who wants access to the Shared files can connect to that Mac and mount their shared files as if they were an external drive.
Gigabit Ethernet gives "near Hard drive" performance when used with Jumbo frames.
