Google Maps

I have created a widget using the widget generator at ibooksgenerator.com. When installed in iBooks Author and you test the process using 'Edit HTML' the Google Map displays the standard tools including Pan, Zoom and Street View. However when the book is uploaded to an iPad first generation at iOS 5.1 and you run the same process all the tools with the exception of 'Street View' are missing. The HTML container is set to the front and a text container filled with color is set to the back. I have not tested whether this is the cause of the issue.
