Final Cut Pro X and ML Issues

Hello,

Recently I've been having loads of problems with FCPX. Some have appeared after switching to Mountain Lion, some have appeared before.

1. My biggest issue is that the share menu is grayed out, even when I'm in a project. I have tried everything, and the only thing that works is re-installing FCPX, but it is grayed out again the second time I open it. This has happened even before Mountain Lion.

2. When I am playing a video clip, the timeline thumbnails and waveforms up ahead don't load. I need to pause the video and play it again to load it. I'm not sure if everyone's software does this, but it sure is annoying.

3. This has happened ever since the upgrade to Mountain Lion. Randomly all of the thumbnails and waveforms will dissapear, and I have to quit and reopen the app to get them back.

4. And again, thanks to Mountain Lion, playback is screwed up. Sometimes the audio will stop playing and jitter, and it will make load clicks and pops.

5. Finally, the playhead does not play. The skimmer, I believe you call it, does not show up even though it is enabled. The playhead still jumps to wherever I click, but when I hit play, it doesn't move. The video doesn't play. There are only jumps in the audio levels, even though I cannot hear audio. You can see in this video that the playhead does not move, there is no skimmer, and when I hit space on my keyboard, the playhead changes color. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsfYPaYsUQE

I should probably also mention that I have the 2011 3.4GHz 27" iMac. It has the AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2GB and 12GB of RAM, along with a HDD, not an SSD. I also repaired disk permissions, and tried repairing my disk, but Disk Utility says that it is OK.

I really hope there are some fixes for these incredibly annoying problems. Thanks in advance for any help!

PS: I should also mention that I have been having similar problems with audio skipping and even video skipping on YouTube and iTunes, and occasionally on screen recordings from Quicktime.
