My Ipod wont show up in the computer

This will restart the iPod.

as i said in the second part, its stuck on the apple logo so i cant get acces to the menu

If you take a look at the previously linked procedure for doing a Reset on an iPod, you don't need to access any menu. You just need to push and hold down some buttons on the iPod, to force it to restart (like rebooting your computer if it crashes).
