i have charges on my credit card that are not mine

If the charges aren't from anything that you've purchased, nor from anybody else who has access to your account and/or computers/devices, then contact your card carrier, and you can contact iTunes support here : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

You should contact your bank also to dispute the transaction, and put a stop on your card ( this will mean you get a new card number / expiry date / security code http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3541 )
