File & App Sharing

I'm considering buying Mountain Lion Server.

I have a small studio and we edit video, share & edit photos, and design posters and flyers.

Is it easy to share video capture (from final cut pro)?

Is it possible to have apps in server and from there launch them in a different location/computer?
