After backing up iphone for unlock do I click "restore from back up" or just "restore"?

Use the Restore button, not "restore from backup". The instructions are not clear on this.

This might help ,as long as everything is backed up you will lose nothing

Indeed they aren't clear. I'm trying to unlock my phone also. However, if I "restore iPhone" don't I lose everything I have on MY phone???
