I love me new IMAC but I really miss having a number pad on the keyboard. Any reason why I can't pair my old keyboard to my new IMAC?

Not to be a contrarian, but this thread caught my eye and I had to respond.
I believe all of Apple's wireless keyboards are bluetooth models. I would be surprised it fwdloop couldn't just turn on bluetooth on his (her?) Mac, make it discoverable and simply pair the two.
I realise the keyboard s/he mentioned is older, but I don't think the bluetooth spec has changed enough to make it obsolete.
Heck... just give it a try and see what happens. ;-)
