Problem With Notes - iCloud

Every time I add a text on Notes software, they disapear. I Open the software and type a message. When I close the software and open it again later, the message that I wrote isn't there anymore. During the typing process, a message appears saying that it is updating. To record a message into iCloud Notes, I have to insist on the typing process. So, i have to insist a lot in the message so it can be recorded.

I hope you guys have a solution for that.

I tried everything, including erasing and reinstalling the icloud account.
