Q: itunes keeps asking me to sign in and won't download the digital copy.  I sign in  with my apple ID & it asks me to again over & over?

I'm getting the same error. Been trying for two days to download the Lorax. Sent a message to apple support. Waiting for a response.

I have also have the same issue.  I even followed the instructions on how to find out if I have multiple Apple ID's, but that resulted in the process of changing my password...again.

Will you let us know of the response you get from Apple?

Im having the same problems as everyon else here, but this is with American Pie Reunion.  Both this movie and the Lorax are by universal Pictures....  Coincidence?

I have the same problem trying to download the digital copy for Mission Impossible:Ghost Protocol.  Anyone found a solution to this yet?

Yeah it is not just the lorax, i tried to also redeem season one of strike back among a few other digital copies. I can't believe they have not come up with a solution yet! Ithis problem started for me last night.

I just got my download of the Lorax to work.   Seems as though it was an iTunes issue that got resolved.  Have yet to hear back from iTunes though.  Hope everyone gets their downloads to work.....

My download of Lorax just worked too. No response from Apple Support. I hope they fixed the issue for everyone.

Yeah it seems if enough people email support, they will look into the problem, it must have been sorted out overnight as i have now successfully redeemed my copy.  Thanks Apple Support!
