Deleted all of my data HELP

I backed up my phone, restored it but during this process i accidentally pulled out the cord and then plugged it in again. My phone backed up over the previous one now i cant get ANY of my contacts, messages, apps or photos back. They are literally gone... PLEASE HELP ME

If you backed up to iTunes, there's hope ...

Go to iTunes' Preferences from the menu. Choose the "Devices" tab. Hopefully you'll see both the good and bad backup there. Delete the bad backup and restore.

If you don't see the good backup, you would have to retrieve it from a backup of your computer.
