Unable to submit iPod though expresslane

Hi, I have a 4th generation Ipod touch with a cracked screen, this was due to accidental damage.

When I try to submit this for repair through the expresslane service, I get this error:

We're sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time.
Please try again in a few minutes or start over now.

(system.99)

I have been getting the same error for the last three days.

I have previously sent a different iPod to Apple for repair and was very happy with the service.

I'm in Ireland, has this repair service been dropped by Apple Ireland?
