I updated my Entourage (e-mail application) and all my old folders/e-mail addresses are gone! What can I do now? Can I somehow go back to the earlier version? Help! Thanks!

I updated my Entourage application and somehow lost all my old messages and e-mail addresses. Please help. Can I restore to before the update?

Only if you backed up the critical Microsoft User Data. Some data recovery programs may be able to find that file if you haven't overwritten your hard drive too many times. The Microsoft User Data, is typically in the Users -> yourname -> Documents folder. See this tip on recovery programs:
