iCloud....will it sync?

Hi,

I have a question. I have a 2nd gen. iPod Touch running 4.2.1 with no authorized computer. I synced it to the cloud, but if I delete a tv show off it so I have room for another can I redownload it on to my iPod, or another device? And will it go to the cloud?

(Please right out an answer, some people just posted links which didn't help before)
