Where are Notes saved on Mountain Lion?

I recently deleted all my notes on Mountain Lion and would like to restore them all using Time Machine but I can't for the life of me figure out where they are saved. Normally I would find a folder in 'Users/username/library' but I can't see anything on my Mac. I added in some jargon to see if a new folder etc would be created but nothing?!

Any help would be great. Thanks
