Using Handbrake

Ok, I'm trying to keep calm .... I decided to begin a new thread.

Having downloaded this, I've run it through twice, once with the default setting and once, customising the output and anorphic because .......with the defauklt setting it reduced the picture size, but it cut off the right-hand side of the picture ..... both times.

So what now ?
