my computer doesn't recognize my shuffle anymore.
My Mac doesn't recognize my shuffle anymore. when I insert it to be recharge the battery, it does not show up in the devices menu.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
What generation iPod Shuffle do you have? Are you sure the connections are secured on each end? See here for more information.
iPod shuffle (4th generation): Not seen in iTunes
So if I understand you correctly, the Shuffle used to work with this particular Mac. Do you know what could have or did change since the last time it was able to successfully connect?
