Q: I have authorization code and disc, but iTunes still won't download the Digital movie

We purchased a movie and it says it has digital copy to transfer to iTunes. It also came with the authorization code.  We are running the most current up to date version of iTunes, and Safari, and OSx.

I have tried inserting disc, which is then supposed to automatically give me option to transfer to iTunes, nothing happens. I have opened iTunes and it does not even appear under "Devices."  I have gone to iTunes store, clicked "Redeem" entered in my code, and it says I need to insert the movie, WHICH I ALREADY did!!! 

Does anyone know what could be wrong? Any suggestions will be helpful....THANKS!
