Just connect the drive to your Mac. The Mac can read most Windows formats (it cannot WRITE Windows New Technology File System (NTFS) formatted drives.

While OS X can read and mount NTFS it is not as reliable or good as commercial Paragon NTFS 10 for OS X $19 that mounts any and allows writing to NTFS.
