Hi,
I am trying to register my iOS device to an MDM server, this device is already registered to another MDM server. During profile installation I am getting an error saying Mobile Device Management is already installed and the 2nd registration does not succeed.
Please let me know if it is possible to register and iOS device to multiple MDM vendors.

No, you cannot register an iOS device to multiple MDM providers... a management profile is pulled down to the iOS device and only one profile is allowed on a given device.
How would MDM providers decide which policy is applied first/second/etc?
This is for all MDM devices from iOS to Android and even to Mac OSX and Windows OS.. the MDM capabilities created by each vendor follows a pretty strict set of guidelines. One of them is the OMA-URI standard...
Basically once you register with MDM1 a device will be managed.... then if you register with MDM2 you would have to uninstall or unregister the device before you can even register with another MDM provider... sort of makes it only MDM at a time..

I am also having same problem. I have two similiar kind of apps.
First Step: I connected my app1 to Server1,then it is successfully installed.
Second Step: I connected my app 2 in the same device to Server2, then the profile instalation is gettign failed and below error i am getting.
"Mobilie device management is already installed"
