I have exactly the same problem, my MAC restarted at least a zillion times since I installed. Its so annoying and especially when I am using this MAC for my work. Its really screwing me up like crazy!! I never repented so much in my life for buying a software from Apple.

No you don't. BTW, threadjacking is frowned upon in these forums, so start your own thread. Your issue is most likely related to one of these. Restart in safe mode and see if it persists.

If a person posts what appears to them to be a similar problem I do not see how that is threadjacking. I do not think that was his intention. e.g. I found this thread because it appeared I too have a similar problem, as did @sroheeth's seem to be, NVRM mentioned in the top few lines.

To your credit you at least gave him suggestions on what to zero in on. ;-)

My crash report shows NVRM too... not sure what the primary cause could be.

For the last 2 weeks or so, my MacBook Pro i5 15" 2010 has started experiencing random but frequent panic reboots even when no particular app was running or if running no work was being done. The worst case was when it crashed/rebooted with iPhoto open and corrupting the Library, that took hours to rebuild.

Initially the panic happened when I set the lower left corner of the primary screen to act as a screensaver trigger and it seems a brief mouse passover that spot caused a panic. Since then I disabled that option and still have had these panics, at random.
