Course Manager Had an Error

I am building a course and have had no problem loading materials, an outline, accepting students and making it exactly what i want except for the course icon. I have been unable to add a course icon because after i have added it and go to "save" i get an error message "Course Manager had and Error. Click to reload". Once i click reload it just takes me back out of the course and does not upload my photo. I have tried about a zillion different photos assuming that is the problem but i am certain i am loading the proper size photo at this point, since i have been trying for 3 days. It also wont save my course description without me loading a photo. Once i load the photo it makes me reload....this is like a bad version of Ground Hog day. Any advice?

I am getting this error, but the situation is different.


(a) I created two courses before our school's iTunes-U site was approved.

(b) When I go to submit the courses to be added to our iTunes U account now that it is created, I get this message.

(c) I can access the course via a share, but can't get it into our school's iTunes U site.


Any ideas?

After two days passed, the error disappeared event though I didn't do anything new. I continued to have problems because I had created the original course using the same institution name as the name of the new iTunes U site, but it was just a placeholder. I had to change the institution name to something different, save it, then wait, then choose the iTunes U site. It all worked after that. It took several days for iTunes to digest everything.

I have been having the same problem with iTunes U Course Manager, only it has saved my photo and all of the information I had in place execpt for my school name. When I called to attempt to get help, they suggested I log in and go through the online help. After about an hour waiting on the phone they have escalated my help request and have been told to wait for Apple to further investigate this issue.
