Q: I can't see the personal hotpsot options anymore, since i set it up on my iphone 4 running ios 5.1

Ever since i set up a personal hotspot on my iphone 4 running ios 5.1 i no longer get any setting options etc, how do i check it is running, access the setting etc

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.2
