How to restore Notes that were deleted

Hello Apple Support Communities

I have recently used Notes to write down a very important phone number, then just got out of Notes.

When I came back, my note was gone, and there was practically nothing that had my phone number.

I was, and still am sure that I had saved the Note, and this grows into a bigger problem, as I do not use Time Machine. 😟

What do I do know? Is there like a way to revive or restore Notes?

Please reply ASAP. I need this phone number urgently. 😢😢😢😢😢😢
