Radio Paradise stopped working today. I tried seeking it out again in Eclectic and couldn't find it listed. Does anyone know where it's gone or when it will be back?

No idea - we're all just fellow users here - but you can access their streams directly here:
http://www.radioparadise.com/#name=Listen
Click on the stream you want, then double-click the file it will download and it should load up in iTunes without problems.

iTunes must be doing some housecleaning. Radio Paradise was moved to the Ambient category.
Now if someone can tell me where they put KEXP, I'll be a happy man.
Can't find them, but you can get their stream from their web site:
Just click the MP3 link and then double-click the .pls file that will download.
