how increase volume when watching netflix

On newer iDevces, in the Settings App, under the Music settings panel, look for EQ settings, in the right hand column, tap on the EQ settings panel and try the Late Night EQ setting.

On older iDevices, try the Lounge EQ setting.

These settings seem to work globally for any media sound on iDevices.

That is a characteristic of Netflix.

Even on my computer, Netflix has a low volume level.

You will have to use headphones or an external speaker.

That's the problem of all Apple devices. I also have the same problem with Netflix on the iPhone. The volume is always too low, especially when you use apps. It's really so boring and I really can't understand why we users and owners of these devices cannot set the volume limit as we want.

Same issue here! Is there an app that can boost the overall volume of the device? (not just of the music)

Use earphones or headphones. The built in speaker is quite small and can handle only so much volume.

I will add, however, I watch Netflix with just the built in speaker quite often and have never had a problem. If you have the iPad in a case, you could also try taking it out of the case. Could be partially blocking the speaker.

External Bluetooth speakers ... Or use earbuds. The volume will be much louder when you use earbuds or earphones.

If you have the volume turned up all the way and the app has no volume adjustment, there is not much else that you can do.

i have a simular issue i do use bluethooth headphones wired would make no sences for me anyways i tend to watch netflix at work just wondering if anyone found a way maybe to boost the volume? or maybe apple can try and step in and not let an update pass till the volume is rasied, or someone figured out the same old hack for the phat ipod WAAAAAAAYYYYYYY back when!?! lol
