Can I directly save all my photos & everything directly from my I phone to my I pad ?

No.

By using the camera connection kit on my iphone 4s i was able to transfer photos to my ipad3 u can also transfer fom the ipad to the iphone just by swapping over the connection kit to the other device.

Let me clarify this u can transfer photos from your iphone to your ipad or from an ipad to ipad by using camera connection kit when transferring photos from ipad to ipad u may have to swap the connection kit around depending on which ipad you are transferring from and to apparently it does not work with iphone3.
