Updated event invitation

Dear All,

I have received a mail notifying that the sender has updated the event I have been invited too. As the event file is attached, I clicked on it in order to update my calendar. However, it doesn't update my calendar at all.

I have been seeking a solution on the internet and on the Support commmunitis for about half an hour and I can't find it.

FYI: sender update event on iPhone4s latest OS or MBP Lion and I am on iphone 4 latest OS. iCloud is well set up on both.

I hope someone can help!
