I bought the walking dead episode in app purchase and I still haven't got it.

I am confused. You bought this in an app... which app did you buy it in? Was it third party?

You could start by contracting the developer to see what's happening in that case.

I also bought the multi-pack but nothing happened...😠 now i cannot even play the episode 1...
