I have a receipt for my recent purchase of mountain lion v10.8 for my macbook pro. I cannot find it anywhere to download. It did not download automatically at the time of purchase. What shall I do?

From the App Store menu bar top of your screen click Store > Sign In
Now type Mountain Lion in the search field top right corner of the window then press Enter or Return on your keyboard.
Click where you see: Download

I did get that far about 20 minutes ago. When I clicked download, It put a ghosted image of a mountain lion (icon) on my launchpad screen, but it hasnt done anything since. It just says waiting...
Try turning off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall
Disable anti virus software before downloading.
