Can i find iTunes gift cards in Malaysia? is it sold outside USA?

Gift cards are sold in countries other than the US, but they can only be used in their country of issue - so, for example, you wouldn't be able to use US cards in Malaysia. I can't find anything that says that cards are available in Malaysia, so it looks like you won't be able to buy or use them.
