I've bought it in the Apple Store without contract, but it is locked.

So I want to know is it possible to get an official unlock code, I'm out side USA.

I contacted ATT customer care & sent all documents they need it, but they reject my request because I DON'T HAVE ACCOUNT WITH ATT?

Now, some websites present factory unlock it by ($95) within 24 hrs.

Is that legal way and/or arrange with Apple?

You advise in this regard.
