That is a verification hold. Once your credit card is verified, the hold will be released.

i have forgotten my apple id and password... what should i do now

To reset your apple id password follow these steps:

- go to https://appleid.apple.com

- on the right hand side select "reset your password"

- enter your apple id and press "next"

Here you wil need to choose your authentication method. You can either get an email sent to the apple id email or rescue email if you have one to reset your password. Or you can answer the security questions to reset the password.

Meg St._Clair is correct this will only be a verification hold to make sure the card is active/valid and will be released back to you.
