Q: My screen is blank and music is playing, how do I get back to my regular screen.  It won't power off because I don't have a slide bar to confirm

Need help getting my screen back, totally white with music playing.  Won't respond to power off because I don't get a sliding bar to confirm.  What should I do?

A:

Try doing a hard reset on the phone;

 

1. Hold Home and Sleep/Wake buttons at the same time;

2. Wait for the Apple logo to appear (ignore the slide to Power Off option)

3. Let go of the buttons when you see Apple on the screen

4. Allow iPhone to reboot;

 

If that doesn't work; you will have to try a restore in iTunes;
