Has anyone noticed any significant battery drainage while using the latest Live Wallpapers available in the AppStore? Obviously the use will drain the battery faster than non use, but I'm wondering if anyone using Live Wallpapers have noticed a significant decrease.

Yes! Glad that I am not the only one.
I just downloaded the Live WallPaper version 1.4 on my new Retina display and I was shocked to see how fast my battery life went from 96% down to 13% and dropping. I am going to stop it for now until there is a fix. Not worth overheating and draining the battery for a cool background.

Battery Sucking Heat Producing Live Wallpaper
"I like the look of the Live Wallpaper, BUT BUT BUT not anymore!!! I couldn't figure out why my battery life was about 1/3 of what I was used to seeing. I exited out of Live Wallpaper and saw an immediate difference(Back to normal). The temperature was another issue, the GPU diode was about 80 degrees c. When I quit the program it went down to 45 degrees. Now my fingers don't hurt when I type (Heat). And my pants are not on fire! lol"
Yup, I just figured out why my battery life has been cut dang near in half. Turned off Live Wallpaper and everything is all good again.
I love Live Wallpaper but I will only use it if i'm plugged in.
