Q: I don't have the 'iPod ' option in my iPad in settings menu as shown here. I have music option shown. I have 5.1 os installed. How to enable sharing/streaming of music now?

I have an iTunes library in a windows pc. I would like to play/stream my songs and videos which reside there onto my iPad. Can this be done? The screen shots given for 'iPod  and 'Video'' home sharing do not match as shown in the apple site

I have already enabled home sharing on iPad as well as pc and I am able to access my library onto my iPad but I am unable to play it on my iPad itself. The songs get played on the pc . I want the sound to be coming from my iPad and also stream videos. Could you give some basic steps for the same.? Thank you

Hey thanks for the help. I was looking at the same link but faced difficulties in finding the shared library option in my music folder. I have got the problem solved by again looking at it carefully.
